The First autonomous HVAC Filter
For over 35 years, HVAC filtration has remained virtually unchanged—relying on a simple, manual process that is fundamentally flawed.
Today’s air filter system depends entirely on the homeowner or property manager to remember one critical task: replacing the filter every 30–90 days. In reality, most people forget. Life gets busy, filters get neglected, and the system quietly begins to fail.
A neglected filter doesn’t just sit there—it chokes your entire HVAC system.
Airflow becomes restricted, forcing the unit to work harder and longer. Energy consumption rises. Utility bills increase. Meanwhile, dust and debris begin to bypass poorly fitted filters, slipping through air gaps and entering the system. This buildup collects on sensitive components like the evaporator coil, leading to reduced efficiency, potential freezing, water damage, and costly repairs.
Even when filters are replaced, they are often installed improperly. Slight misfits or gaps around the edges allow unfiltered air to pass through, defeating the entire purpose of filtration.
The result?
A system that is:
Despite being one of the most critical components of an HVAC system, filtration remains outdated, unreliable, and inefficient.

Breeze 1.0 reimagines HVAC filtration from the ground up—transforming it from a forgotten, manual task into a fully automated, reliable system.
Instead of relying on homeowners to remember filter changes, Breeze 1.0 does it automatically. At its core is a smart, self-advancing filter system that replaces a portion of the filter at set intervals—typically every 60 to 90 days—ensuring the system is always operating with a clean, properly positioned filter. No guesswork. No neglect. No interruptions.
A single Breeze cartridge is designed to last up to 2–3 years, eliminating the constant need to purchase, store, and manually replace filters.
But Breeze 1.0 goes beyond automation.
It is engineered to solve the fundamental flaws of traditional filtration:
Breeze 1.0 turns HVAC filtration into a predictable, self-maintaining system—bringing modern automation to an industry that has been left behind for decades.

Breeze 1.0 is currently in the late stages of development, with a fully functional prototype already built and tested.
Over the past several months, our team has been focused on refining the design, optimizing performance, and preparing the product for scalable manufacturing. Every component is being engineered with reliability, simplicity, and long-term durability in mind.
We are now entering the final phase—finalizing engineering details, completing production readiness, and aligning with manufacturing partners.
Our initial rollout is projected for March 2027, marking the introduction of a new standard in HVAC filtration.
At Bina Innovations, our mission is simple:
to modernize one of the most overlooked systems in every home and building—and turn it into a smart, automated solution that just works.
